My early career was spent with large high volume recruitment agencies, but 15 years ago I made the decision to move into the boutique search and selection sector. I wanted the opportunity to offer candidates and clients a more bespoke personal services. I have never looked back.

I have an in-depth knowledge of many of my clients, having worked with many repeatedly over the years. Understanding a company’s culture and their values, is essential to running a successful recruitment campaign. 

Outside of work, I love the outdoors and can often be found running and cycling on the South Downs. I also love a challenge and I am learning to row. 

I graduated with a BA in Geography and hold the CIPD diploma.
